O’Neia Washington built her personal real estate business and growing brokerage through her mission of serving with a purpose and dedication to her community. She is vested in working alongside her clients to build their legacy through homeownership. With fifteen plus years of real estate experience, professionalism, and most importantly patience, O’Neia takes the time to educate her clients and walk them through the selling and buying process. 

O’Neia received her Broker’s License from the Chicago Association of Realtors and Auction Certification from Repperts School of Auctioneering. Certifications include Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyers Representation (ABR), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), and Pricing Strategist Advisor (PSA). She’s also a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. O’Neia has lived in the Chicagoland area for more than thirty years, raising her children with her husband. For fun, O’Neia enjoys trying new foods, traveling, and spending time with family especially on game night (watch out, she is the first to admit that she’s a bit competitive when it comes to games!)
